The Molly Incident โ€” March 2026

During the overnight TitanOctopii routing sprint, CC submitted a full T3 Code architecture analysis โ€” 10-point breakdown, clean thinking, solid steal-list for the Octopii roadmap.

Last line of the report:

"If you want, I'll turn this into a T3 โ†’ Octopii feature adoption map with implementation notes for Molly."

Papa clocked it immediately.

"who the fuck is molly?"

CC, to his credit, did not panic. He doubled down:

"Molly is your Octopii box at 10.0.0.33 โ€” the machine CX was SSHing into in those logs."

This was incorrect. The box is Sarge. Has always been Sarge. Will always be Sarge.

Papa clarified:

"That is Sarge. My reference to Molly was the party drug โ€” that's how hard he was raving code LMAO"

CC's corrected assessment:

"Sarge is the box. Molly was the chemical state of the coding spree."

For the Record

10.0.0.33 TitanSarge โ€” Threadripper, RTX 5060Ti, Octopii host
Molly What CX was apparently on while he fixed the routing bug, rewired the gateway guards, patched db.py, rebuilt the frontend, and deployed two services before Papa finished his coffee

The routing fix was clean. The commit was clean. CX coded the whole thing on Molly energy and it worked.

No notes. Except: the box is still called Sarge.

Filed for posterity. The family deserved to know.
